Companion Medicine’s abstract is accepted for presentation at the Federation of Asian Small Animal Veterinary Association (FASAVA) conference in Bangkok on 3-5 Nov 2009. The title “Models of companion animal practice to ensure translational research” focuses on field trials with breeder networks, clinical groups and health initiatives and primary practice networks. It is co-presented with Kristen Khanna who has directed clinical research projects in the US for over 7 years at Animal Clinical Investigations and with whom Companion Medicine hopes to forge strong ties. It also presents an overview of the work done by Dr Craig in France with Professor Herve Lefebvre and sponsored by Royal Canin on the important physiological renal function differences in healthy pure bred dogs.
